Here is the order of taps that puts the Android app on your phone without surprises.
Where did the file land?
The file arrives in your phone's Downloads and is 47 MB, so leave room and a little time. Check that the name matches Bitkingz Casino before you open anything.
One switch, one time
Android will offer to allow installs from this source, and that switch is the only one needed. Turn it on for this file only, not for every app on the phone.
Tap the file and wait
Tap the file, confirm the install and wait for the app icon to appear. Open it and the sign-in screen asks for your email address, the same one as before.
Switch the permission back
Once the app is on screen, return to that settings screen and switch the permission back off. The app keeps working, and your phone stops accepting files from that source.

More of your evening back in play
The house treats each way of playing the same way: one balance, one account, one set of limits.

Holding an iPhone
What having Bitkingz Casino on iPhone gives you
Useful when you already hold an iPhone or iPad and want the same account on a smaller screen.
Bitkingz Casino in the App Store
Open the App Store and search for Bitkingz Casino, then compare the publisher name with the one on this site. Anything that does not match is not the app you want.
Before the button, after the wait
The install needs iOS 16+ and takes 47 MB, so a short wait is normal. If your iPhone runs an older system, the store will not offer the update at all.
One account, two screens
Your email address and usual password open the same account you use in the browser, with your balance untouched. Confirm it is the right account before you play.
Alerts on or off
The first launch asks whether you want alerts, and either answer is fine. Accept and you hear about bonuses; decline and nothing changes about how the app plays.
Beyond a bookmark
Your evening, one tap shorter
You will know which tasks the app handles on its own, and which ones still send you elsewhere.
Cashier before the kettle boils
Top up with Visa, Interac, Skrill or Apple Pay and Google Pay, from C$15, then request a payout of at least C$33 and watch it settle in about 23 minutes.
Bitkingz Casino answers at 3 a.m.
Live chat, email and phone sit behind one button, staffed around the clock in English and French, with [email protected] ready when a paper trail matters.
Do I need a second account?
Your email address and usual password open the same balance you have on desktop, so nothing is registered twice, since one account per player is the rule.
Is everything in here?
All 2,531 games from 58 providers sit in the app, browsable by studio or theme, and your session reminders arrive on the same device you are playing from.
How do I update or delete it?
Open the store listed for your phone.
Tap Update on the Bitkingz Casino entry.
Let the 47 MB file finish, then sign back in.
Hold the Bitkingz Casino icon on your home screen.
Choose Remove App or Uninstall, then confirm.
Clear any leftover APK file from your downloads folder.

Check the source before you tap install
One source per platform. Android builds come from the Google Play listing or the casino site's own download panel, and iPhone builds from the App Store. A file offered anywhere else is not worth opening on a phone that also holds your banking apps.
Playing over café Wi-Fi. Every session inside the app runs behind 256-bit AES encryption, the same standard the browser version uses. Card details and account data cross the network as ciphertext, so a shared Wi-Fi network at a café sees nothing usable.
Reading the permission list. The app asks for storage so it can hold its own files and for notifications only if you want them. It has no reason to reach your contacts, your camera or your messages, and a build that asks for those is the wrong build.
Checking the licence behind the icon. Bitkingz Casino Inc. operates under the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and iGaming Ontario, licence 52522690. That number sits on the operator record, which is the detail to check against any build claiming to be this casino.
Clear through
Getting past a stalled install
Four ordinary causes are sorted below, so a stuck file rarely means a lost evening.
Half a file, no icon
A signal drop mid-file leaves a half-written package that shows as a grey icon or a failed bar; check your connection, then start the download again from the beginning.
Switch to Wi-Fi and retry
Delete the partial file first
Bitkingz Casino is not trusted
Android holds a one-time permission for files from outside the store, and a refusal looks like a silent stop with no error; allow the source once and approve the prompt.
Enable install from that source
Confirm the prompt that follows
Clean out, then reinstall
An install that never clears its temp folder reopens version 3.8.2 from July 2026 cached data; look for the same build number on the launch screen after removal.
Uninstall, then install fresh
Reload the page after clearing cache
My phone is too old
Below Android 8.0 or iOS 16 the store simply hides the listing, and the search returns nothing; the browser or the Home Screen web app carries the same 2,531 games.

Bitkingz Casino app
One app, two stores, no fee
The Android build sits on Google Play and the iPhone build on the App Store, both free.
Bitkingz Casino app
Version 3.8.2 runs on Android 8.0+ and iOS 16+, and each download is 47 MB with a 4.6 rating and an update from 07.2026. The browser version needs no space at all when you would rather not install.
Bitkingz Casino answers the six things players in Canada ask most often before they tap install.
trustWhy is an APK riskier than a store download?+
An APK is safe when it comes from the Google Play listing or the Bitkingz Casino site and nowhere else. The app itself is 47 MB and version 3.8.2, so a file of a very different size deserves a second look before you open it.
trustWhere do I find my welcome offer after installing?+
The welcome offer follows the account, not the screen, so it is waiting whether you sign in through the app or a browser. Your first deposit earns the match and the spins under the same 28x wagering within 25 days.
trustWhat happens when the licence number does not match?+
A licence number that does not match is the signal to stop. Bitkingz Casino Inc. holds licence 52522690 from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and iGaming Ontario, and that record is what separates a genuine build from a copy.
trustDo I need a different app for my iPad?+
You do not need a separate tablet build. The iPhone version runs on iPad and the Android version runs on Android tablets, both on version 3.8.2 at 47 MB, and your account, balance and bonuses appear exactly as they do on a phone.
trustWhat if I switch off notifications and miss a bonus?+
Nothing breaks if you turn alerts off. The app simply stops pushing messages; deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and reality checks keep working, and you can switch notifications back on in your phone's settings whenever you want them.
trustWhy do some sites charge for the app download?+
The download costs nothing on either platform. Deposits start at C$15 and payouts begin at 33, all in Canadian dollars, so the only money the app handles is what you choose to put into your account.
